  • What is PolychainCapital MasterCard? PolychainCapital MasterCard is an exclusive Mastercard with an assigned spending limit. With the PolychainCapital MasterCard, you can enjoy interest-free credit for up to 40 days and split your PolychainCapital Master Card bill into 3 or 6 equal monthly payments.
    You can use your PolychainCapital MasterCard to shop at any Mastercard-supported merchant, whether it's online or offline.
  • What are physical card and virtual card? Virtual card can be used instantly upon approval and you can use it on online stores which support Mastercard.
    Physical card can be used upon successful delivery and activation. We accept both offline and online merchants which support Mastercard.
  • Can I get both virtual card & physical card? Yes, you may apply for both physical and virtual cards and they are managed separately. Card numbers on both Virtual and Physical cards are different, and the spending limit will be shared.
  • What documents do I need to provide when applying for a PolychainCapital MasterCard? Your identity card will be the sole documentation needed for your PolychainCapital MasterCard application. We believe that with no minimum income requirement and zero tedious paperwork, a fuss-free application will earn us loyal customers!
  • How can I check the status of my application? We understand your anticipation after applying for PolychainCapital MasterCard. You may always check the application status via the Credit Card” tab in your PolychainCapital Capital Dashboard. We will also be sending you an email once the application result is available. For any further questions. you may reach out to our Customer Support team via Support@polychaincapitalgroup.com.
  • What is the physical card delivery time? Upon approval, your virtual card will be activated automatically for online payment. Subsequently, your physical card should arrive at your registered address within 10 to 15 working days depending on your location.
  • How do I activate my card? You may activate your physical card in the PolychainCapital Capital Dashboard by simply entering the last four digits of the card and setting a new 4-digit PIN. Once activation is completed, you may start to use your PolychainCapital MasterCard with any merchant that supports Mastercard.

    Card feature

  • Can I use my PolychainCapital MasterCard abroad? Yes, we support international merchant transactions as well. You will never want to travel abroad without your favourite PolychainCapital MasterCard!
  • Can I transfer money from my PolychainCapital MasterCard to a bank account? Yes, you can transfer money from your PolychainCapital MasterCard to a bank account if the transaction accepts card payment method.
  • Can I increase my spending limit? Your spending limit is set when your card is first approved. You can request for a spending limit increase anytime and our team will review your application and ask for more information if necessary to access if you are Eligible. As you transact with the card regularly and pay your bills on time, we may consider granting you an increase of your spending limit upon request via email. This will reward you with more spending power and make it easier to build your credit.
  • Do you charge any fee for PolychainCapital MasterCard? No additional fees will be incurred if payment is made on time. However, if you choose to split your PolychainCapital MasterCard bill into 3 or 6 equal monthly payments, an interest fee will be applied on any outstanding amount, which will be reflected on your bill statement.

    For our fees and charges, do refer to the following:
    • Late Fee: 5% of outstanding amount, excluding accrued interest or Late Fee - on a monthly basis
    • Card Replacement Fee: 10 USD per card
    • Foreign Exchange Conversion Fee: 3.10% of transaction amount (includes 1.98% service fee and 1.12% cross border processing fee levied by MasterCard)

    Card payment

  • What is an overdue? Overdue bill refers to the unpaid amount past the due date. The amount includes fees or charges that may have been incurred as a result of the missed payments.
    Please pay off the full amount to avoid disruption in your services
  • What happens if my card is overdue? You may receive reminders from PolychainCapital in the form of phone calls, SMS, emails, etc, and face disruption in your transactions if your PolychainCapital MasterCard is overdue.
    For any extensive period of overdue, PolychainCapital Capita; may assign an external party to carry out collections activities and you may bear the corresponding legal responsibility.
    This is all avoidable by just paying on time!
  • How do I know if I have an overpaid amount? In the event if a refunded amount is more than all amount due (current bill + unbilled), it will generate an overpaid amount which will be used to pay off your subsequent transactions.
  • Can I convert PolychainCapital MasterCard transactions into 3-months installment? Yes, the PolychainCapital MasterCard offers a range of flexible payment options to suit your needs. You can pay later with 0% interest for up to 40 days, giving you some extra time to pay off your purchases. In addition, you will also be able to enjoy paying in 3 or 6 options on your monthly bill in your “Credit Card” tab on your dashboard.

    Bill and statement

  • Can I pay earlier for the installment amount/plan? Yes, you may make payment earlier for any of your installment plans and an equivalent amount of your spending limit will be released immediately for new purchases.
    Please note that interest fees and any other charges associated with your installment plan will still apply.
  • What does "Bill Amount" on my PolychainCapital MasterCard statement refer to? These are the payable transactions from your latest bill, which includes your purchases, installments, interest fees, and any other charges associated with your PolychainCapital MasterCard. To avoid incurring any additional fees and charges, you may wish to make payment before your due date. At the same time, pay in 3 or 6 installment options of your monthly bill will also be available in your PolychainCapital Capital Dashboard.
  • When is my billing date? The billing date will follow the date your application was approved. If it falls within the 29th to 31st, your billing date will be adjusted to the 1st, 2nd or 3rd of the subsequent month.
  • When is my payment due date? Your payment due date is 10 calendar days after your billing date. If it falls within the 29th to 31st, your billing date will be adjusted to the 1st, 2nd or 3rd of the subsequent month.
  • What is an auto-deduction? Our system will automatically deduct your payment due from your balance on the payment due date.

    Transaction and refund

  • How long can I receive my refund? Refund methods:

    Refund to card
    Once the merchant processes a refund, the amount will be credited to your card that is tagged to your PolychainCapital account within 10 to 15 business days. There is, however, a dependency on how long your card banks take to credit the refund. Please refer to your merchant/bank on refund status. Cancellation/Reversal

    If your refund is processed within 3 days after your order date, the refund may go through in the form of a reversal. In the case of a reversal you will not see a refund credit on your statement – you will just see the original authorisation drop off their statement entirely after a few days. There will be no payment, and no refund. It will appear as if the whole transaction never happened. You may contact your bank to confirm this.
  • How do I check my refund details? The refund will be reflected on your card balance.
  • How do I get a refund for cross border transactions?
    For refunds of cross border transactions, if it is a pending transaction that has not been processed on the card network, we will refund the transaction amount and cross border fees back to you on behalf of MasterCard.
    For a post transaction processed on the card network, we will refund only the transaction amount back to you on behalf of MasterCard. Definition:

    1. Pending Transaction: Merchant has yet to confirm the transaction and funds are pending for settlement.
    2. Post Transaction: Merchant has confirmed the transaction and funds have been processed for settlement to the merchant.
  • Why did my card transaction fail? You may have entered an incorrect credit card number, CVV or Expiry Date. In some cases, the merchant you are trying to make a transaction with PolychainCapital MasterCard is excluded.

  • Why am I unable to top up funds for my e-wallet or prepaid card? Certain e-wallets and prepaid cards might not support the use of PolychainCapital MasterCard for top-up
  • Help! I think I may have an unauthorized transaction. Here are some guidelines to help you.
    Please lock the affected card via the PolychainCapital Capital Dashboard > “Credit Card” > “Lock” instantly to prevent any further transactions. If you do not have access to PolychainCapital Capital Dashboard, please contact us to help right away.
  • Why am I being billed more than my transaction amount? You may see additional charges due to a Foreign Exchange Conversion Fee of 3.10%, which is inclusive of a 1.98% service fee and a 1.12% cross border processing fee levied by MasterCard. Such charges will apply when the (online and offline) merchant's settlement is based overseas, regardless of the currency you have transacted in. This is not unique to only the PolychainCapital MasterCard, and will also apply to all other card issuers' transactions made with the same merchant. You may also reach out to your merchant for any applicable payment instructions prior to your purchase.

  • How to contact PolychainCapital MasterCard support? For any card related enquiries, we are only an email away at Support@polychaincapitalgroup.com.
  • How do I get a replacement for a damaged card? For any damaged or malfunctioned card, you may reach out to us via Support@polychaincapitalgroup.com. to request for a replacement and a replacement fee will be applied.
  • How do I cancel my card? We are sad to know that you would like to cancel the card but you may reach out to us via Support@polychaincapitalgroup.com. to proceed with this request.
  • What if I lost my card? Please block your card immediately via the “Credit Card” tab on your dashboard and you may report to us via email.
    This email is dedicated for lost and stolen or any suspicious activities on your PolychainCapital MasterCard, rest assured PolychainCapital Capital always prioritizes your account security.
    In the event where the lost card is found due to misplacement of your card, you can proceed to unblock your card on the “Credit Card” tab on your dashboard directly.
  • What if the card is expired? Your virtual card will be auto-renewed. However, PolychainCapital physical card will not be renewed automatically. You may request a renewal of your physical card via the app or email us at Support@polychaincapitalgroup.com.
